The Naked Possum

Jocelyn & Grant have developed an eco tourism gem at the edge of the Kahurangi National Park in Golden Bay.

In combining their skills in tourism, hunting and tanning with their love for our native environment, they created The Naked Possum - a shop, tannery, café and native tree nursery at the base of the Kaituna walking track. A range of unique possum leather products are crafted and retailed on site. With a bush and rata theme, their site also promotes possum eradication and bush regeneration. Stage 2 will allow online sales.

We wanted a bold and colourful site that would reflect our passion for the preservation of our rata forests while at the same time closely link in with all our other promotion material. This has been achieved with patient guidance from the girls at Brazen and we look forward to developing our site further as the business expands. Jocelyn Rae
