The Electricity & Gas Complaints Commission is a free, independent dispute resolution service. They investigate consumer complaints nationwide, negotiate between parties and, if necessary, make decisions that are binding on the member companies.

They needed a simple site that conveyed information about their work and clearly gave consumers practical steps to take in resolving any issues they might have or making a complaint.

We designed their original site a few years back when they only dealt with Electricity Complaints, and when they extended their service to include Gas, we were really pleased that they came back to us to update their site with their new branding.
